GET UP AND START WALKING. Collect information, thoughts and feelings of the life you have lived so far that brought you to this moment. Sort the thoughts and feelings to feel, see and experience what resonates, vibrates with you on a deeper level. For example, stand up and do things you like but haven’t dared to do, for example sing, play theater, dare to be the creative soul you alredy are.
Reach out to other people through you. What you are doing right now is breaking old patterns/routines to stand up and dare to rethink and change your plans. So change your path. The road is aimless and you choose your own direction based on the present. Every moment, every dream, every thought and feeling brings you deeper into you and at the same time it is your drive forward.
When you have anxiety, it drives you deeper inward, and we’ve talked about it before, that negative emotions make everything vibrate more slowly. These feelings are colder and slower in vibration which gives you more time to reflect, analyze, feel and understand to more easily choose which feelings make you move forward. A warmer feeling/vibration increases the tempo, vibrates faster and the impact resonates faster, longer, faster and reaches more inward and outward in the same time.
You have to keep doing what you are doing now to develop. We have talked about anxiety many times. To shake, dance, make noise, to sound, be in nature.
Stop, breathe and start daring to find joy, to enjoy and catch the right vibration so that life can be nuanced to what you have chosen to live and that you can stand up for yourself to follow your calling.
You have to shake off the negative, let go. Learn something deeper, feel understanding for yourself and your surroundings.
Nothing is separated from each other with weather, animals, nature feelings, etc. We are here together with different experiences. Your experience is most important and how you shape/manage it and what you make use of, what you yourself learn from life in large and small.
You can learn to take advantage of all situations, all events and enjoy their different phases. Watch the weather, feel the weather and experience the weather. Look at yourself, feel yourself and experience yourself.
Follow. Stagnation is something cold that stops and has stopped breathing, stopped enjoying, stopped learning. Vibrate faster and faster but enjoy even when everything stops and take care of what needs to be seen. Like a storm.
In the midst of the storm there is also the deepest stillness. The deepest knowledge, clarity and the most powerful change, the most powerful transformation that brings everything to something new, something unexplored.
Let go and live well in light, harmony and balance. Be safe in the unbalanced. GET UP AND KEEP WALKING/TRAVELING. Travel through life big and small There is a whole, a context, togetherness with everything. Everything is unseparated. Right now you can take care of your little part, look over it. Polish it.
